How to Scoop: Place the scoop face down on the ice cream and press down. Then twist the handle to scoop out a rounded ball of ice cream. This works better than dragging the scoop through the top surface of the dessert.

Effortless Scoops: When using very hard ice cream, run the scoop under warm water to help make scooping easier.

Releasing Batter: Run the scoop under warm water when working with sticky batter for a cleaner release.

To Clean:

• Handwash only. Do not place in the dishwasher
• Rinse immediately after use to prevent residue buildup
• Do not leave the scoop sitting in ice cream or sorbet for long periods
• Dry thoroughly before storing
