One Tool For Many Kitchen Tasks
- Peel With Precision: Use the straight blade for hard produce such as potatoes, mangoes, and carrots. Use the serrated blade for softer produce such as tomatoes and peppers. Gently glide across the surface of your produce for thin, even peels.
- Easily Remove Citrus Peel: Score the fruit’s skin with the citrus peeler, then slide the enlarged area next to the peeler arm under the peel until it’s loose. The skin will easily come off without getting your hands messy.
- Deleaf Fresh Herbs & Remove Potato Blemishes: Strip leaves off fresh herbs in seconds. Thread the stem through the built-in herb stripper and pull. Great for oregano, thyme, and cilantro. Use the potato eye remover to take out any imperfections during food prep.
