How to Use Your Tupperware® TupperWave® Stack Cooker

1. Assemble: Stack the pieces in your preferred cooking order.

• The colander is ideal for cooking meat. Place inside the 3 qt / 3 L or 1.75 qt / 1.75 L casserole dish, and the fat drains away while the meat cooks. Also great for steaming veggies.
• The 3 qt / 3 L casserole dish becomes a tube pan when used with the cone.

1. Load: Add ingredients according to recipe.

• Make sure the pieces of food are as even in shape and size as possible.
• Food at the outer edge will cook faster than food in the center. Arrange food in a circle, so it cooks evenly on all sides.

1. Cover: Place lid securely on top casserole dish.
2. Cook: Microwave according to recipe or general timing guidelines (under 30 minutes for most complete meals).

• Do not use in conventional oven or on stovetop.
• Not safe for use with grill / broil function.
• Avoid microwaving empty containers or small amounts of high‑fat / sugar foods.

1. Serve: Remove each casserole dish carefully wearing oven mitts.

Care Instructions

• Dishwasher safe
• For persistent stains, use non-abrasive cleaner, non-scratch pad, or strong solution of dishwasher detergent and water.
• Nest all pieces, store lid separately or loosely to allow airflow.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Lid is NOT microwave safe. Use for storage (fridge and freezer) or for on the go.
• If lid seems too tight, run it under hot water for a few minutes, dry thoroughly, and place the lid on the container while still warm.
• Freezer safe (up to -13° F / -25° C)

Use plastic or silicone utensils to protect surfaces. Do not use sharp or metal utensils.
