Use and Care

How to Use & Care for Your Tupperware® FusionMaster® Mincer Attachment

Care Guidelines:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Base must be hand washed only. The other components are dishwasher safe.
• Avoid direct contact with blades.
• Do not use sharp or metal utensils.
• Clean all parts thoroughly after each use.

Use Instructions:

1. Attach the Mincer to the FusionMaster® Base.
2. Choose fine or coarse grinding disc.
3. Read the instruction manual for correct assembly of the mincer components.
4. Cut ingredients into small pieces.
5. Fill the hopper max. halfway.
6. Turn crank clockwise to grind ingredients. If necessary, you can use the plunger to help process the food. Do not apply excessive force when pushing down; it will be harder to process the food and this could damage your mincer.
7. Occasionally rotate handle counter-clockwise (5-6 turns every time you refill hopper).

Tips for Best Results:

• Use very cold meat for mincing.
• Screw ring should not be on too tight; handle should turn easily.
• For tougher ingredients (like beef), start with the coarse grid, then switch to fine grid for smoother texture.
• To use sausage insert, first mince your ingredients without the insert, only then assemble the insert and run the mixture a second time to fill your sausage, cannelloni, etc.
• Sausage insert should always be reassembled with blade and one of the 2 grids to make sure the screw stays aligned.
