How to Use Your Pastry Sheet

The Pastry Sheet features a printed grid with 2 in/5 cm intervals and lettered circle guides to ensure perfectly sized pastry according to the size of the pan or mold you’re using.

l. Measure the diameter size of your baking pan or mold.

2. Place the dough in the center of the circle and roll out to the matching diameter circle. This will include the amount needed for the depth of the container.

How to Care For Your Pastry Sheet

To keep your Tupperware Pastry Sheet in top condition, wipe clean or wash it by hand with mild soap and water after each use, then dry thoroughly.

Do not use in oven or dishwasher.

Do not cut directly on the pastry mat with sharp knives, pastry cutters, or other sharp kitchen tools.

Store flat or gently rolled for compact storage.
